The author of all content and visible viewing material on the Guitar Instincts website is Steven Fies.

Guitar Instincts is run as a Sole Proprietorship by Steven Fies. Guitar Instincts is not an S Corporation, C Corporation or Limited Liability Company. Upon a future date of becoming such an entity, this Terms of Use documentation will be re-written to reflect the change in liability that such an institution predicates.

Chris Moos, and Steven Fies accept no responsibility for any legal dispute regarding this website. That is, we accept no responsibilty for any falsification of information in the Guitar Instincts website, services offered and marketed through the Guitar Instincts website, false advertising on the Guitar Instincts website, or any other misleading pretexts which may aggravate a viewer. The viewer accepts all responsibility for any actions he or she takes as a result of viewing any part of the Guitar Instincts website. This is due to the large potential for undesired hackers overtaking the website and compromising its content at any given time.
